Jaffa Homemade Lemonade

  • 3 x Jaffa Oranges
  • 1 x Lemon
  • 2 x TSP Grated Lemon Peel
  • 500 ml Water
  • 175 ml Lemon Juice
  • 225g Sugar
  • Ice Cubes
  1. In a small saucepan bring the water and sugar to the boil
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Once cooled transfer to a pitcher
  4. Grate and juice the Jaffa oranges
  5. Add the lemon and Jaffa orange juices and zest
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
  7. Stir and serve over ice
  8. Garnish with lemon if desired
  9. Enjoy!
