Jaffa Homemade Lemonade
- 3 x Jaffa Oranges
- 1 x Lemon
- 2 x TSP Grated Lemon Peel
- 500 ml Water
- 175 ml Lemon Juice
- 225g Sugar
- Ice Cubes
- In a small saucepan bring the water and sugar to the boil
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes
- Once cooled transfer to a pitcher
- Grate and juice the Jaffa oranges
- Add the lemon and Jaffa orange juices and zest
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
- Stir and serve over ice
- Garnish with lemon if desired
- Enjoy!
