Jaffa Chocolate Orange Popcorn Bars

  • 2 x Jaffa Oranges
  • 200g Dark Chocolate
  • 50g Puffed Rice Cereal
  • 40g Popcorn
  • 50g Marshmallows
  • 50g Dried Cranberries
  1. Line a baking tin with two layers of cling film
  2. Zest the Jaffa Oranges
  3. Melt the chocolate and Jaffa Orange zest in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water, ensuring the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water
  4. Meanwhile, put the rice cereal, popcorn, cranberries and marshmallows into a bowl and mix well
  5. Whilst the chocolate is still warm pour it onto the cereal mixture and stir with a spatula until everything is coated
  6. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tin and press down well. Cover with cling film and place in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours
  7. Turn out onto a board and cut into squares
  8. Enjoy!
