JAFFA CAFE LATTE
- 1 x Jaffa Orange
- 1 x Cinnamon Stick
- 177ml Water
- 2 TBSP Coffee
- 1 TBSP Cream
- 1 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 1/8 TSP Ground Nutmeg
- With a knife, cut a 3-inch peel down the side of the orange. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, add the water, cinnamon stick, orange peel, brown sugar and nutmeg. Bring to a slight boil for 3-5 min.
- Remove from heat and add coffee concentrate and cream. Pour into a mug and serve.
